Returns Policy and Procedure

Toolsforless.com guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt refund
within 30 days, with the following exceptions.

Special order items may carry a restocking fee. All items on our site either say they "usually ship within 24 hours" or say they are "special order items".

Additionally, items not returned in their original packaging may also be
subject to a restocking fee. Thus, when returning any items to Toolsforless.com,
please ship using the packaging originally included with the shipment.

Electrical components (parts) such as switches may not be returned if opened or installed.
This is due to manufacturer return policies.

If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please notify a
Toolsforless.com representative within 30 days of receipt via e-mail at
customerservice@toolsforless.com.

Special Note: Holiday Gift puchases made on or before November 1st may be returned or exchanged until January 31st
