Online Ordering Information

Ordering online is simple and easy. First, locate the item or items you are interested in either by using our search bar, or by browsing our categories or manufacturers. If you find that you need additional assistance, please contact us at customerservice@toolsforless.com. Once you have found an item you wish to order, you may add it to your cart and continue shopping, or proceed to view cart/checkout. From this page you can view shipping options, create an account to store your billing and shipping information, or simply checkout without creating an account. Just follow the easy steps through our secure ordering process. You may also choose to create an account, making return shopping fast and easy by storing billing, shipping, and credit card information.

If you wish to use a money order or personal check, simply fill out the form as described above, but leave the credit information excluded. Then simply print the page to send in with your payment and mail it to:

Please note that we require up to two weeks for personal checks to clear the bank before we ship your order, but orders made with money orders and bank checks are processed immediately. Please be sure to include your email address on the printed order form, so we can email you the tracking number once your order ships!

If credit card or check payment is not convenient for you, we can also accept bank wire transfers. For orders under $900 which are being paid by wire transfer, we charge a $18 processing fee. Just contact us at customerservice@toolsforless.com with your ordering information (items, shipping address, shipping method and shipping cost), and we will provide our bank details for the transfer of funds.

While we do not currently ship internationally, and cannot accept international credit cards, many international customers find that they are able to order by using a freight forwarder for shipping, and wire transfer for payment.

Our online ordering system is always the best method for placing your order. From a security perspective, we use 128 bit SSL Encryption to send your credit card information to our bank for authorization and billing address verification. This protection is the same level of protection used by some online banking programs.
